Liability: Due to the nature of older guns having softer steel and Damascus barrels not designed for current smokeless loads, I do not accept any liability for personal injury or damage  to the gun or surroundings due to misfire or barrel and or action bursting  or giving away. I test fire all flued steel barrel guns with properly chambered ammunition at the shop when completing any work that might affect the function of the gun.
